I absolutely cannot sing the praises of Jena and Amy enough! Jena was the listing agent for a property we'd unsuccessfully made a bid on, but she was kind enough to offer her services in helping us find another home despite only recently having met us. From day one she went above and beyond, working around our schedule (we'd driven four hours up to see the original property and were returning home soon after) to show us three other homes in a single day. She even took time out to personally drive by a fourth and vet the neighborhood! When we finally found a home Jena was with us every step of the way, and I cannot be more grateful. The reason for our move has caused a great deal of turbulence in my family, and having Jena there to guide us through all of the paperwork, inspections, and minutiae was an absolute lifesaver. I relied on her completely and she never once let me down! Over and over she went out of her way to accommodate our situation, including attending the inspection to save us a drive back up. The week before our closing our mortgage bank was causing an issue on a previously undisclosed technicality and threatening to push back the closing date. The only reason we were able to keep our date (and our new home!) was because Jena and her team immediately went into crisis mode. She not only found us a new bank to work through (shoutout to Embassy for pulling together an entire mortgage in a week, by the way!) but was in touch with them as well as the sellers and their listing agents. She was juggling a million plates and still found the time to check in with us and suggest the best course of action. Throughout the entire experience she remained courteous and professional. She was as invested in us finding the perfect home as if she were helping her own family; she was always available and I never felt as if my needs were inconveniencing her. If you're lucky enough to have her as your agent you are absolutely in the best of hands. I also want to give Amy her flowers! She was just as fantastic as Jena, coordinating all these different agents and timetables without ever missing a beat. Her working hours seem limitless - I received several updates from her after 9 PM during crunch time! She's just as kind and professional as Jena; they make a wonderful team.

Hi Carol, I'm delighted to tell you what an amazing job Chris Taylor and Natalie Marasco did in selling our home at 2548 Deer Trail Road. We selected the wrong realtor at the outset, and between July and December had only 4 showings. I was upfront with Chris regarding where I thought we'd gone wrong: the house was priced too high, the Collegeville realtor was unfamiliar with the Lehigh Valley and with Bucks County, and she had no team supporting her. Chris worked with us on pricing, staging the house (after 17 years we were way too complacent!), and being ready for photos and showings once COVID constraints were eased. The house sold at just above asking price after only 4 days! Chris and Natalie together then managed expectations and negotiations with completely inexperienced buyers (who had an agent from another company) through a nightmare of an inspection. The building inspector was less than competent and as a result, a lot of energy was spent educating the buyers and accommodating as many requests as possible. At the point where enough was enough, they worked with us to present a strategy (fixed cash allowance) that appeased the buyers and allowed us to close on time and get on with a house hunt in Tennessee. Through all of it, we were supported, they were our advocates, advisors, occasional strong shoulders to vent to, and we shared a lot of laughs. They're the kind of people I wish I'd met 17 years ago because I'd be proud to have them as friends. I don't know the extent to which you find this talent versus grow it internally, but I won't hesitate to recommend Carol Dorey to anyone I know in the Lehigh Valley.

Great experience. We recently purchased a complex property. Michelle was very helpful and open about the difficulties with the approved land usages, regulations, and access so we could consider all aspects. We ultimately decided it was workable for our plans and couldn't be happier with purchase!
