Carol received her B.S. degree in commercial art and spent 14 years in corporate advertising, marketing and publicity in New York City and the Lehigh Valley .  She became a Realtor and co-owner of Dorey Real Estate in 1977 and has been the broker of record since 1993.  She is a member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, is listed in the National Register’s Who’s Who as a V.I.P. Professional and was nominated “Woman of the Year" by the American Biographical Institute. She is a board member of the Palisades Community Foundation.

Nancy Ahlum – Associate Broker GRI  - Ahlum@aol.com
Nancy has a B.A. in English and Psychology and a Masters in Education and Counseling from Lehigh University. She has worked as an adjudicated delinquent counselor, has taught High School English, is a published co-author of the National Correctional Educational Evaluation Project for LEAA and has completed advanced studies in alternative and special education. She is an Associate Broker, and has been with Carol C. Dorey Real Estate, Inc. since 1978. She has received the prestigious Keystone Realtor-of-the-Year award and is a member of the Silo Advisory Board for Dance Now NYC. She is ranked # 1 in residential sales in the Lehigh Valley Multiple Listing Service for 2012, with over 43 million in sales volume for the year.

Christine S. Taylor – Realtor Associate - ChrisT@doreyrealestate.com
Chris graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in International Relations.  She moved to Buckingham Township in 1978 and now lives in a stone farmhouse in Springfield / Durham Township .  She was co-owner of an international antique importing business prior to becoming a real estate agent in 1998.

Brenda Clowser – Realtor Associate - BrendaC@doreyrealestate.com
Brenda graduated from Moravian College with degrees in Political Science and Elementary Education.  After graduation, she worked in Minneapolis, Minnesota as a property manager for commercial and residential properties.  After returning to the Lehigh Valley to raise her children, she joined Dorey Real Estate in 2001. In addition to working with homebuyers and sellers, she is a copywriter for our beautiful home brochures.

Barbara Fraust – Realtor Associate - BarbaraF@doreyrealestate.com
Barbara has a degree in English/communications from Kutztown University. Licensed since 1988, she has practiced real estate in the greater Lehigh Valley, winning several awards for performance. She serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Community Services For Children (Head Start) and is an active Community volunteer. She is Chair of the Public Art Committee of the Fine Arts Commission of Bethlehem. She has travelled extensively internationally and is a long time resident of Bethlehem. She also writes copy for many of our beautiful home brochures.

Margaret Koller – Realtor Associate - MaggieK@doreyrealestate.com
Maggie, a native of Lehigh Valley, graduated from St. Mary’s College with a B.A. in Sociology. She worked in NYC in Package Development, and returned to the Lehigh Valley in 1999 and joined Dorey Real Estate in 2005. She is president of the Southern Lehigh Community Pool Association in Coopersburg.

Katie, a native of Bucks County, graduated from McDaniel College with a B.A.  in Studio Art and Art History.  Before joining Dorey Real Estate in 2007, Katie was the owner of Kathleen’s, a restoration framing studio for local Bucks County galleries and national Artists.

Michelle received her B.S. degree in Accounting from James Madison University in 1990 and pursued a career as a C.P.A. until 1999. She began an Interior Design business, M Interiors. Her design work has been featured in Lehigh Valley Style Magazine, the Morning Call and the 2006 and 2010 Society of the Arts Designer Showcase Home. Her love for design and architecture combined with a firm understanding of numbers led her to pursue a career in real estate. Michelle serves as the Women's Retreat chair on the Womens Ministry Board in her church.

Kelly graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.S. in finance. She lives in a historic Springfield Township farmhouse and is a member of the Springfield Twp Open Space Committee. Kelly runs an Arabian horse breeding program and also raises and shows English Pointers. Kelly joined Dorey Real Estate in 2004.

Tim has a marketing degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Georgetown University. He speaks fluent German. Tim worked for over 20 years in the Washington DC lobbying industry, after which he held a senior management position at a Wall Street research firm based in Washington DC. He and his family relocated to the Lehigh Valley in 2011 and now live in a 1780 Bucks County stone farmhouse.

Amy, a native of the Lehigh Valley, joined Dorey Real Estate in 1990.  She was the office manager for 14 years focusing on marketing, training and sales. Since 2004 she has worked as a Transaction and Marketing Manager.

Peggy Hohmann – Sales & Marketing/Realtor Associate - PeggyH@doreyrealestate.com
Originally from Western New York, Peggy is a graduate from Bryant & Stratton Business School in Buffalo. She worked in management positions in radio, health care and with consulting companies. Her first real estate job was in Washington, DC in the late 1970s. She and her husband have lived in the DC area, Cleveland, Ohio, Houston, Texas, Coral Gables, Florida and now live in a 1785 stone and log Bucks County farmhouse. Peggy joined Dorey Real Estate in 2007. 

Jackie Dornblaser – Sales Assistant/Realtor Associate - JackieD@doreyrealestate.com
Jackie is a native of the Lehigh Valley and resides in Salisbury Township. She has a certificate from Information Computer Systems Institute. Prior to coming to Dorey Real Estate in 2009, Jackie was an office manager for 20 years in the advertising and publishing industries.

Kim Gaspar – Network Administrator - Administrator@doreyrealestate.com
Kim is our technical support person who maintains our computers and network. Prior to joining Carol Dorey Real Estate, she worked for 12 years as a Systems Administrator for Knopf Mercedes-Benz, Porche, Audi in the Lehigh Valley. Kim has 10+ years of experience with resolving information technology problems in the community.
