As of November 25, 1999, all Realtors in Pennsylvania are
required to provide the following Consumer Notice
to every person who's looking to buy or sell real estate. Historically Realtors
have represented Sellers. This notice is to protect the rights of Buyers and to
explain how you can be represented by a Realtor.
Before a salesperson is allowed to have a discussion with you
about your real estate needs or show you any property, Pennsylvania law requires
that you sign the Consumer Notice. The
following notice is for your review.
The Business Relationship Agreement
is step two, and is also for the education and protection of Buyers. Before any
Pennsylvania Realtor may show you any property, we must find out how you choose
to be represented. This notice is also following for your review.
